I met Vangelis while looking at one of his properties about a year earlier. The property was out of my price range. Vangelis listened to what I was looking for, took my details and kept me in mind for future properties. About a year later he contacted me to let me know about a property soon to be listed that matched my description and I may be interested in. I went and saw it and indeed it matched my needs and was in my price range. I was able to put an offer in the next day before the property went to the market and by the end of the day, after simple negotiation it was accepted.

Vangelis was fair and reasonable throughout the process and I never felt pushed or conned. I thought his knowledge of the market was good and I was impressed that he reached out to me after such a long period of time. It can only be a good thing that an agent brings people to a property.

Vangelis did this and both parties were happy with the outcome.
